This Privacy Policy explains how TBD — Legal Entity Name Pending ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use DharaSetu (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Lead form data: name, phone number, city, and a description of your matter, only if you voluntarily submit the "Connect with a verified advocate" form.
- Account and billing data: if you subscribe to Pro, your name, contact details, and payment status (payment card details are handled directly by Razorpay and never stored by us).
- Usage analytics: anonymized event data such as page views, search queries, and feature usage, used to understand demand and improve the Service. We do not attach analytics events to your name or contact details.
2. How we use your information
We use lead form data to connect you with an advocate on our network, billing data to manage your Pro subscription, and analytics data in aggregate to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data storage and security
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enabled, and access is restricted to authorized systems. Service-role credentials are kept server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
4. Third parties
We use Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Supabase for data storage. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@dharasetu.com.

We use a minimal set of cookies for language preference and, where consented, analytics. See our cookie banner for details and to manage your consent.
